Our sales team: more local and more global

Today, New Nordic have sales offices spread across our destinations. As a result, we are present with our own local sales team in Bali, Phenom Penh, Phuket, Koh Samui, Chumphon, Bangkok and Angeles. All our sales offices are led by a sales manager and their office team.

Why do we focus on having sales offices at all locations, you might wonder? Here are some of the reasons:

  • They are our people on the ground making sure that they follow the construction work and project development on behalf of the owners. The Project Development team will of course also be on the ground, but the sales team have the investor’s interests at heart, which we believe is important. They are also the ones who prepare weekly construction reports to all investors of a given project.
  • They are always present to welcome new or current investors that wants to know more about our company and projects in the area. We have show rooms and a lot of information from the Group, not only from the sales division, to ensure it is a one-stop shop for all our products and services. We are present in the local market. Our International Business Development team follows trends in the industry and in our regions in general, but we believe that the local is becoming more and more important the more global we get – and the input of those who know the talk of the towns is still very important even in 2018.
  • We have someone to help look out for new opportunities for the Group and our investors.

In addition to the local sales offices, we also have an agent network, an international sales team and a customer service team. The international sales team ensures that we are present in all key markets outside of our project locations, as well as ensuring that our owners and investors can get information in their own languages. The customer service team is supporting our online investors and current investors who has some questions after they have purchased their apartment, whether is it about registering their title deed or practical information about the first visit on-site.

Changes in the sales and real estate market are happening fast, and we believe that it is important to be ahead of these changes by being more and more online and more and more flexible on terms of how we meet the customer. In the same time we experience that our customers still value the personal connection between developers and owner, so we build on the local and close connections, whilst in the same time going more digital.
